Kristin

“Get comfortable being uncomfortable”. Carson City native, dog obsessed, weight lifting, skiing, mountain biking, goal getter. Kristin brings her fun energy to Life Cycle. Outside of cycling, she volunteers with Carson City Rotary as a Youth Exchange Counselor and is a NICA Licensed Assistant Coach with the Senators Cycling youth x-country mountain bike team. Her goal is to lead by example and empower everyone to reach their potential and harness their inner strength; to build character and confidence within the studio that can be carried out into their everyday lives.

Shane

Shane is not only an owner of the studio, but also a coach! He is a World Champion Ultra Endurance Athlete. Shane won the 24 Hour World Time Trial Championships in 2019 (riding 452 miles in 23:42) making him a World Champion in his age group. He also won the Silver State 508 in 2019, coming in first overall in the Male Solo Division. It is worth noting that he also beat all of the two man teams, and all but 2 of the 4 man teams. His knowledge, passion and love of cycling makes him an awesome instructor! He is excellent at bike fit and can help you get comfortable on the bike. His classes are focused toward HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) and polarized training, and all of his classes are always taught using the most modern power based technology.

Nicole

Nicole is new to the cycling word, but a veteran to good health and happiness. She spends her free time training for big hikes, paddleboarding, biking with and keeping up with a busy life. Nicole is a certified yoga instructor. On one foot or two wheels she is encouraging and energetic by nature. Her true motivation is helping others, by providing tools for them to have a happier healthier human experience. Reserve your next class with Nicole for a calorie burning adventure.

Kimm

Kimm has recently found her passion for cycling.  After being introduced to spinning, by a friend, she has really enjoyed watching her body change. Being a mom of three, a wife, and a business owner she doesn’t give her much extra time. Finding a work out that is very efficient was important to her. Feeling her endurance grow along with lean muscle and cardiovascular health increase has brought her into teaching. She wants to share what she enjoys with others while having a positive outlook and a fun playlist.
