What Makes Life Cycle Different?

Life Cycle is an indoor premier cycling studio which offers 35 to 120 minute classes. We have designed a studio for everyone. Our classes cater to all levels of fitness, experience, and age. Our program features high-intensity cardio, muscle-sculpting strength training, and personal Performance IQ training. Our personal performance training will empower you to do things you never through possible, while getting you in the best shape of your life. But it’s so much more than just a workout — it’s a powerful mind-body experience.

We ride to fly, to feel, to touch, to breathe, to laugh, to sore, to overcome, to feel strong, to heal, to prove them wrong, to love and be loved back, to communicate without words, to be bold, to be warriors, to relax, to belong, we rise together, and we ride to live.

Life Cycle community is one that that will motivate you through every ride.

Come as you are in your favorite workout clothes: shorts or leggings with a tank or tee. If you ride with a jersey and bib outside you can wear it in the studio too!

Cycling Shoes.

Our bikes are designed to be clipped into or you can wear normal shoes. If you have spinning shoes, bring them. If you have mountain bike shoes these will work too.

Keep Hydrated.

We work up some serious heat on the bike, so it’s important to hydrate for class. We have water at the studio — bring a bottle to fill up or grab one at the front desk.
